Same day shipping on in-stock orders placed before 2pm (CST)

We process orders Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

In some cases where we will discard a product that does not meet our inspection standards and we are unable to fill your order in a timely manner, a representative will contact you to resolve the issue. We take pride in only providing our customers with the best quality products available.


We cannot guarantee delivery time once we ship an order

Because we work with shipping intermediary companies, we cannot guarantee delivery time once we have done our part by delivering the package to this companies. And because they have detailed information, you as a customer must contact the company that has been assigned your package for logistics issues. However, we care about the well-being of your orders, so if there is any information that we can provide you. We will gladly facilitate it.

Domestic Shipping

Processing

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).

FedEx and UPS orders confirmations received between Saturday-Sunday, those packages will not leave our warehouse until the following business day. Pick up day is counted as Day 0.

Please Note: We do not process orders on all major holidays or government observed holidays. Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.

Order Tracking:

While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, www.smokeandvapeshop.com does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. Once your order is processed, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of DBLISS, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use www.smokeandvapeshop.com strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. DBLISS is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:

DBLISS strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, DBLISS is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.

Order Discrepancies:

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email or call us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.

Canceling and Altering Orders:

Due to the volume of orders DBLISS receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing, we are unable to alter, change, or cancel any order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

Please Note: Sales tax is charged to all orders being shipped to any address.

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
